Unlike general auto maintenance, this job requires expertise in Allison. The customers that I repair for and their encouragement that I did a good job are an asset to me.Īs an Allison Technician, I take pride in my work. Of course, there are challenging obstacles at times, but the smiles on the faces of I used to be nervous about face-to-face interactions, but gradually customers have come to rely on me, and I now have many customers with whom I have a deep connection.
However, as a result ofĪllison's globally standardized training and the experience that I gained through daily hands-on work, I am now able to predict the location of a malfunction and quickly diagnosis it. When I first joined my Allison Authorized Distributor, I had a lot of trouble getting up to speed with the work and struggled to have good conversations with customers because I was uncomfortable with face-to-face interaction.
